Fatima Mian is a London-based Photographer with a focus in portrait and travel photography. Available worldwide.
Fatima is drawn to the quiet, the overlooked, and the in-between. Through her work, she asks you to pause—not just to look, but to look within. She aims to bring into focus the people and places the world—particularly the West—often ignores, or sees only through a tokenistic lens. To reveal their depth, their beauty, their stories. Each image is an invitation to slow down, to notice, and to truly see. Fatima wants her images to make you stop and say, “Hey… look.” Not at the obvious, but at what you almost missed.

Competitions
Fatima’s work has been celebrated internationally: in 2024, Fatima earned a place in the Official Selection for the International Photography Awards. Previously, she was a finalist in the 2023 Visual Artist Association Professional Artist Award and was long-listed for the Women United Art Prize. In 2020, her talents earned her a shortlist for the Landscape Photographer of the Year and finalist recognition in The Independent Photographers’ "People" Award, with her work featured in their Talents of the Year magazine.
